|Recommended: YesReally would recommend — We’ve had a few issue but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. Everything was handled in a timely manner. Management is super sweet and very understanding. The community is pretty chill and if you have dogs they’ll definitely have friends.
Thank you so much for your kind words! Please let us know if there is ever anything we can do to make your experience at The Reserve even better! Dessa Garlin Community Manager

|Recommended: YesProperty is great Love being here — I love the property. Has it’s issues but the staff is fast to fix them and i see improvements happening everyday which is good Think the outside of Apts need a little work and the landscape need more grass the sand or dirt is gross. But overall love it here
|Recommended: YesLove my community — I absolutely love the community, my cozy apartment and the location. It is central of the DFW area commute to and from major events in the city are about 30 mins which isn't bad. I have not had one issue living here as I have just renewed my lease. I have children that live with me and their safety is my biggest concern outside of school rating which by the way the HEB school district is graded A- , however its a safe environment for my children so that is very awesome as well. Maintenance is always completed in a timely manner, my building is pretty quite and peaceful as well , its a very diverse community which I love as well. I really don't have anything negative to say about The Reserve.
|Recommended: YesVery Understanding — I have hit financial hardships as others have but this property has been so understanding. Their response time is excellent and they will go the extra mile to take the stress off of you
|Recommended: YesThe Representatives Mgmt are very nice and friendly, — The parking is sometimes scarce to find a spot. I love the facilities , gym and laundry room. . I've only used the swimming pool once and I was embarrassed to bring my friend over and swim. The pool was very dirty with trash floating in it. I will not be using the pool area again.
|Recommended: YesI'd recommend them — Very quiet. Peaceful.
|Recommended: YesApartment living at its finest — Calm, quiet yet full of life. A great community to be in and great service from the office
|Recommended: YesNo review, make grilling stations on empty lots — Ok, noisy on the end where i stay when the dump trucks come in the morning,Overall it is a good and quite community
|Recommended: YesSo far so good — Great place to live. Sometimes my trash doesn't get picked up but no big deal I call and they take care of it. Don't like that the lawn guys start before 7am but it's Texas and it's so hot I don't blame them. I've called about my water trash bill and haven't gotten any definite answers which worries me but I'm sure it will be fine. Any time I've put a maintenance request it's done the same day before I get home 👍.
|Recommended: YesGreat location — The place is very centrally located. Easy to get in and out of, and usually plenty of parking. Maintenance usually gets things taken care of in a timely manner. Had a couple of hiccups though. The sink faucets were original to the complex when I moved in, and I couldn't put my water filter on the kitchen sink faucet. They were both replaced recently though with new upgraded ones. I also got a brand new upgraded low water use toilet as part of the water conservation project at the complex. There are a LOT of electrical outlets. Practically an outlet on every wall. The 1bdrm with washer dryer hookups has a VERY small kitchen with very little counter and cabinet space. There is a HUGE bathroom though, with walk-in closet. I would have preferred a smaller bathroom and larger kitchen. The kitchen cabinet doors also look to be original to the complex. I am not sure this place is sealed very well. My electric bill seems to be pretty high for a 1bdrm, 1st floor apartment. My water bill to the apartment complex is also pretty high. Usually running around 80 a month. The valet trash is a joke. So I am paying for nothing there. I take my own trash out. In the 1bdrm with w d hookups. The only cable outlet I had was in the bedroom, but the apartment is pre-wired for AT T if that's your preference. Also be prepared to hear your neighbors a LOT. I can hear my upstairs neighbor just walking around because the floors creak. All in all. I would say not a bad place to live. It's usually pretty quiet and the residents seem pretty friendly in my building. Maintenance staff has always been pretty nice, and I have yet to meet the new office staff. I work evenings and all the meet and greets are planned when I am at work.
